Local Presence Works is a service brand operated by John Stephenson LLC.
Service scope
The $149 package includes the completed deliverables described at checkout, not only a list of problems. Recommendations are based on the customer’s supplied information and the profile state available during review. When the customer requests implementation, grants secure manager access and approves the changes, eligible Google Business Profile changes within the stated scope are applied without an additional implementation fee. One round of reasonable revisions is included unless the order states otherwise. Website builds and Website Care are separate services with their own written scope, approved timeline, content responsibilities and listed inclusions.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate business facts and approve claims, pricing, services, locations and other customer-facing information. Customers may not request unauthorized access, deceptive content or platform-rule violations.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee rankings, calls, leads, bookings, revenue or any specific business result. Third-party platforms control their own features, policies and visibility systems and may change them at any time.
Account access
Google passwords must never be sent through unsecured forms or shared with us. Included implementation assistance uses authorized manager access and customer approval. Google may restrict, reject or require reverification for some changes; those platform-controlled outcomes are outside our control. Unauthorized account access is prohibited.
Limitations and review
Services are provided subject to the agreed scope. Regulated, medical, legal and financial content requires appropriate customer and professional review. We may pause or decline work that cannot be completed accurately, safely or in accordance with platform rules.
