Local Presence Works is a service brand operated by John Stephenson LLC.
Website-build 14-day satisfaction guarantee
For Website Launch, Business Website and Website Growth Build projects, the customer may notify us within 14 calendar days after launch that they are unhappy with the finished website. We will first make reasonable corrections within the approved project scope. If we cannot make it right, we will remove the Local Presence Works build and refund the website-build project fee paid to Local Presence Works. This guarantee does not cover client-owned domains, hosting, payment processing, stock assets, advertising, or other third-party charges because those amounts are not paid to or controlled by Local Presence Works.
One-time services
Eligible cancellation requests made before work begins may be refunded, less unrecoverable processing costs where permitted. Digital work already started, prepared or delivered may be partially or fully nonrefundable because specialist time has been committed.
Revisions
The $149 package includes one round of reasonable revisions. A revision does not include a new business, a materially different service scope or a complete restart based on changed facts.
Monthly services
Cancellation prevents future renewal when received before the next billing date. Work already prepared or delivered for a current billing period is generally nonrefundable.
